Job Description
β€’ Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experience.
β€’ Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain excellent service standards and teamwork.
β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints professionally and promptly.
β€’ Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing based on business needs.
