Job Description:

A Hostess / Host at ARRM is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience in the restaurant.

Guest Welcome & Reception

Warmly greet guests upon arrival

Create a positive first impression of the restaurant

Escort guests to tables and present menus

Manage waiting lists during busy hours

Seating & Reservation Management

Handle table assignments and seating arrangements

Manage reservations (phone, walk-ins, online bookings)

Coordinate guest flow to avoid congestion

Communication Duties

Answer phone calls and assist with bookings

Inform guests about wait times and promotions

Communicate with waiters and kitchen staff for smooth service

Customer Service

Assist guests with inquiries or concerns

Ensure guest comfort throughout dining experience

Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed

Front-of-House Maintenance

Keep reception and waiting area clean and organized

Ensure menus and guest materials are updated and presentable

Pay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
