We are urgently hiring a Structural Welder for a 1-month project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural welding works, ensuring high-quality welding and fabrication as per project and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural welding activities as per drawings and site requirements.
• Carry out welding on steel structures, frames, beams, and plates.
• Ensure proper welding techniques are followed (SMAW / MIG / TIG as applicable).
• Inspect welded surfaces and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with site HSE regulations.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Work closely with supervisors and fabrication teams to meet deadlines.
• Perform repairs and rework when required.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Structural Welder.
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or construction site projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in site conditions.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
• Valid welding certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience working in Ras Laffan or similar industrial zones is a plus
