Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium French casual fine-dining restaurant in Doha. The role requires full ownership of operational performance, guest experience, team leadership, and profitability. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service standards while driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):
• Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 10–15 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium or luxury casual dining.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong P&L management and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of food safety and municipality regulations
• Inventory and cost control management
