Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium French casual fine-dining restaurant in Doha. The role requires full ownership of operational performance, guest experience, team leadership, and profitability. Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):
• Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 10–15 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium or luxury casual dining.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong P&L management and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of food safety and municipality regulations
• Inventory and cost control management
