We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Waiter / Captain to join our fine and casual dining team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure smooth table service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the waitstaff during service hours.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent table service.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables, assist with seating arrangements.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items and assist guests with food and beverage choices.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Train and mentor junior waiters to maintain service standards.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of dining areas.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Waiter or Captain in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team leadership and training experience preferred.
