VIP Waiter/ Waitress (Seasonal)

A VIP Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing highend food and beverage service to VIP guests. The role requires exceptional customer service professionalism and attention to detail to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Provide personalized highquality service to VIP guests ensuring a luxurious dining experience.
• Greet and escort VIP guests to their tables making them feel welcomed and valued.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while making expert recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and drinks promptly ensuring all requests are met with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain indepth knowledge of the menu including ingredients preparation methods and wine pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored service without waiting for requests.
• Handle special requests dietary restrictions and personalized preferences discreetly and efficiently.
• Ensure VIP areas remain clean organized and elegantly presented at all times.
• Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Work closely with chefs bartenders and management to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations hygiene standards and company policies.

Qualifications :
• Previous experience as a VIP Waiter/Waitress in luxury hospitality or beach club operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of beach club operations beverages and cocktails.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment while maintaining elegance and composure.
• Impeccable grooming presentation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong teamwork skills and collaborative mindset.
• Multilingual skills (Russian language will be an advantage).
