Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in food service and restaurant operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day performance of our outlets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing teams, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This role is suited for a results-driven professional who understands both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and can lead teams to deliver consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant/food service operations across assigned outlets
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, and performance
• Control food cost, labor cost, inventory, and wastage
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally
• Support openings of new outlets or concepts when required
• Prepare regular operational reports for management

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in food service or restaurant operations (multi-outlet experience preferred)
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Restaurant Manager / Area Manager
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and hygiene standards
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Good organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets
• Must be currently based in Qatar
• Arabic is a plus; English is mandatory
