We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented general Manager to oversee the operations of our chain of Italian coffee shops and Indian food court restaurants. The ideal candidate will deeply understand restaurant management, customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth strategies. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.

Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize restaurant performance.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Financial & Business Performance:

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control strategies.

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Monitor inventory management to minimize waste and maximize cost-effectiveness

Customer Experience & Brand Management:

Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a consistent brand experience

Address customer feedback and implement measures for continuous improvement.

Work on marketing strategies to promote the brand and attract more customers.

Team Leadership & Human Resources:

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant managers and staff.

Motivate and develop teams to enhance performance and engagement.

Vendor & Supply Chain Management:

Requirements
