Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Handle payments and return change or process card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting between guests.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
