Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and reliable individual to join our team as a Multi-Purpose Driver and Office Support. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including transportation for our SMS business, office-related tasks, and supporting personal family transport and delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation and Delivery Duties:

a. Safely operate and maintain company vehicles for deliveries and transportation needs.

b. Plan and execute efficient routes for timely deliveries.

c. Ensure the safety of goods during transit and handle them with care.

d. Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.

2. Office Support:

e. Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.

f. Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.

g. Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages.

3. Administrative Assistance:

h. Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

i. Assist in maintaining records and documentation.

j. Help with data entry and other clerical tasks.

4. Office Wellbeing and Maintenance:

k. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

l. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

5. Personal Family Transport and Delivery:

m. Provide transportation for personal family members as needed.

n. Assist with personal deliveries or errands.

Requirements
