Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead organizational security strategy, oversee risk management, and ensure compliance with international standards. This role requires visionary leadership, advanced expertise in both cyber and physical security, and the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Security Strategy: Define and execute enterprise-wide security roadmaps.
• Risk Management: Identify vulnerabilities, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation plans.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Lead initiatives to protect digital assets, networks, and data.
• Physical Security: Ensure safety of facilities, personnel, and critical infrastructure.
• Incident Response: Direct response teams during breaches and crises.
• Compliance: Guarantee adherence to ISO, GDPR, and regional regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in corporate security, with at least 5 years in an executive role.

• Expertise in both cyber and physical security domains.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver security solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
