Job Description
Purpose: As part of Security & Safety team of OCI, providing security by patrolling and monitoring all areas of OCI premises. Summary of the Job Role: To Guard, patrol, or monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules with high level of professional demeanour thereby restricting uncalled access and maintain highest level of security at all times. Carry out checks to ensure all safety and security policies/procedures are being adhered to. Guard the premises. Authorities: Financial None. People None. Operational None. Key Deliverables: Provide access for visitors. Prepare gate passes for external clients and vehicles. Confirm the validity of gate passes Inspect the materials going out of the store Ensure the security of drivers and other employees or anyone entering the plant by making sure they wear the necessary safety equipment Secure premises as per the roster. Insure all contract have badge from security department Call ROP and security head if their emergency situation Do patrolling for all OCI Properties Monitoring punching system for stuff and visitors Monitoring CCTV 24/7 Report of any security matter Contractor Inspection (tools & vehicles, gate passes(. Relationships (Internal): Plant Supervisor, HSE Relationships (External): ROP Security Agencies Qualifications: High school or equivalent certificate. Civil defence or any other safety training is preferred. Skills/Knowledge: Attention to detail. Being aware of other’s reactions. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies. Logic and reasoning thinking to identify the strengths, weaknesses and alternative solutions. Experience: 1+ years of experience in Security field. Business Understanding: Thorough understanding of the work area premises and in/out bound operations is essential.
