Job Description
Apt Resources is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Waiter/Waitress at an upmarket casual dining restaurant. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will greet customers, take their orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their visit. Your role is critical in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests promptly upon arrival
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system
• Serve orders promptly and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, utensils, and glassware
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and positivity

Requirements
