Welder (Malayalee) - Contract Position in Hawalli, Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait on a contract basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks using different techniques and equipment. Your main duty will be to fabricate and weld metal structures, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
• Select appropriate welding methods and materials based on project specifications
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to weld metal parts
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform repairs on damaged or defective parts using appropriate techniques
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a similar role
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Experience working with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. As this is not a permanent position, accommodation will not be provided. However, we welcome applicants who have valid biometric passports from their home country.
