Housekeeping Supervisor

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for cleanliness and team coordination? We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Supervising and coordinating daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area teams.
• Inspecting guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assigning daily work schedules, room allocations, and task lists.
• Reporting maintenance issues, lost & found items, and guest requests promptly.
• Ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Training, coaching, and supporting housekeeping team members.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOP standards.
• Assisting with inventory control of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Supporting room readiness during peak occupancy periods.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and inspection checklists.

What we need from you:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Attendant, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene practices.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Good inspection skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Hospitality or housekeeping-related training will be an advantage.
