Role Summary

The Deputy Security Manager supports the Security Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing all security operations for a strategic infrastructure project in Alexandria. The role is operational and leadership-driven, ensuring the protection of personnel, assets, and operations while maintaining compliance with national regulations and corporate security standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and control daily security operations across all site facilities
• Lead, coordinate, and enforce discipline within security teams and guards
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Liaise with local authorities and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency response protocols
• Support crisis management, contingency planning, and emergency preparedness

• Mandatory: Ex-military background (Officer or Senior NCO level)
• Residence: Must currently reside in Alexandria
• Proven experience in site security management or security supervision
