Job Description
• Design plumbing systems including:
• Water supply systems
• Drainage and sewage systems
• Stormwater systems
• Irrigation systems
• Design firefighting systems including:
• Fire hose reel systems
• Sprinkler systems
• Fire pumps and tanks
• FM200 / clean agent systems (if applicable)
• Prepare design calculations, technical reports, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines to ensure proper integration of all systems.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards such as NFPA, IPC, UPC, SBC, and local authority requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions from contractors when required.
• Attend technical meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Provide technical support during project execution and authority approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and support the engineering team technically.
