Job Summary

Join a growing white glove delivery team supporting straight truck drivers across Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in customer service and hands-on work. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist driver with white glove home deliveries
• Load and unload trucks with products while ensuring proper handling techniques are followed and safely handle furniture & appliances
• Fabricate or build products as needed based on order specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Provide professional and respectful customer service
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and improve operational processes.
• Work as part of a two-person delivery team

Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment tasks.
• A proactive attitude towards safety practices in the workplace.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the operational requirements of the warehouse.
