Duties
• Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cash transactions responsibly
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, including meal preparation and food handling
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment through regular cleaning routines
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in meal assembly and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Restock supplies and condiments to ensure smooth service flow during shifts
• Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support bar operations if applicable, including serving drinks and maintaining bar cleanliness

Skills
• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of kitchen procedures, food safety standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with serving, cashiering, meal preparation, and general cleaning duties preferred
• Hospitality background including hotel or barista experience is a plus
