Job Description
Description: Key Responsibilities

β€’ Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate estimates for manpower, materials, consumables, chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
β€’ Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders for cleaning projects and support contract negotiations.
β€’ Lead and manage multiple cleaning contracts/sites in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
β€’ Plan, deploy, and supervise manpower, including Supervisors, Charge hands, and Cleaning Operatives.
β€’ Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability without compromising service quality.
β€’ Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards and continuous improvement.
β€’ Recruit, induct, train, and develop cleaning staff in coordination with HR.
β€’ Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies, including risk assessments, safe systems of work, and HSE training.
β€’ Manage procurement and inventory of cleaning materials and equipment in coordination with Purchasing.
β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; attend site meetings and promptly resolve service issues.
β€’ Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime control, staff performance reviews, and operational reporting.

Minimum 12 + years in relevant field with at least 5+ years’ experience in a senior cleaning / soft services management role within a cleaning or facilities management company.
