Description

A leading cleaning company in Bahrain is seeking a Cleaning Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage cleaning staff across multiple sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in deep cleaning sites
• Knowledge of site inspection and giving the Price
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of training new joiners
• Monitoring and supervising cleaning Staff on sites
• Creating work schedules and assigning daily tasks
• Ordering materials and ensuring equipment is safe and well-maintained
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and industrial equipment, including safety procedures
• Inventory control (tracking stock levels), budget management, and reporting to senior management.
• The ability to handle conflicts, resolve issues, and adapt to changing conditions on-site.

• Valid work permit in Bahrain
• Driving license is a plus
