Job Responsibilities:

Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
Maintain accurate records
Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers

Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization.
Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.
Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
Provide security to office staff, buildings and properties.
Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises.
Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.
Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
Liaising with the Police, Fire Service and other agencies in an emergency and on all issues affecting security, including high profile visits and events of all types which have a potential to create security concerns
Assist with all the day to day security activities with responsibility for supervising your team
Assist with ensuring that the organisation meets all agreed security and associated health and safety objectives
Assist with responsibility for monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other appropriate department
Assist with managing the performance of the security team and its individual members.
Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between security department and remainder of organisation
Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
Assist with developing plans for security activities
Support to all other departments with security related issues
Assist all team members as necessary
