Job Description
Description: A leading cleaning company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage cleaning staff across multiple sites.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor cleaning teams across various locations
Conduct site inspections and prepare accurate pricing/quotations
Train and onboard new staff members
Plan work schedules and assign daily tasks efficiently
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and industrial equipment
Maintain safety standards and ensure equipment is well-maintained
Manage inventory, track stock levels, and handle material orders
Prepare reports and coordinate with senior management
Handle on-site issues, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing conditions
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in deep cleaning services
Strong leadership and communication skills
