Job Description
We are in need of a highly skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team in Muharraq Bahrain As the head of our pastry department you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all pastry items for our restaurant This includes planning menus developing new recipes training and managing staff and ensuring high-quality standards are met You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a kitchen team effectively A culinary degree or equivalent certification is also required The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail a passion for creativity and innovation and a deep understanding of current pastry trends This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Preference will be given to candidates with Bahraini or GCC nationality
