Job Description: Head Waitress - Restaurant

The Head Waitress at our restaurant plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead a team of wait staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the wait staff
• Train new wait staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity
• Ensure that guests are greeted, seated, and served in a timely and friendly manner
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of food service

Essential Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
