We are seeking an experienced Purchase & Inventory Manager with a strong hospitality and food & beverage background to manage procurement and inventory operations for our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Negotiate pricing, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock audits.
• Handle local supplier sourcing and transfers between outlets.
• Generate purchase reports and inventory analysis using ERP systems.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in F&B / Hospitality industry.
• Experience in purchase management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Odoo or Zoho ERP systems is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Candidate must be available for local transfer.
