Full-Time Domestic Driver/Helper Required For A Bahraini Family in Manama

As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, the minimum wage for cleaning staff in Bahrain is 300 BHD per month as of 2026 for Bahraini nationals in the private sector. Expatriate cleaning staff receive a minimum of 120 BHD per month plus accommodation and food allowances of 40 BHD. Overtime is paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate after 8 hours daily.

As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, expatriates need a valid work permit sponsored by the employer, costing 100 BHD for issuance in 2026, plus a 2-year renewable residence visa at 20 BHD. The employer must obtain LMRA approval before arrival, with medical fitness test required within 30 days of entry.
