Ravensthorpe Restaurant is building its pre-opening Kitchen Team
for a distinctive new hospitality concept in Adliya, Manama.

The venue will feature approximately
100 seats
, offering both an accessible casual dining experience and a refined premium steakhouse experience within one cohesive culinary identity.

At the heart of Ravensthorpe is a bold concept inspired by
Nordic and medieval European traditions
, old-world European character, rustic elegance, contemporary technique, and the strength of a modern European grill and steakhouse approach.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new restaurant from the beginning and become part of a culinary team that will help shape the identity, quality, consistency, and success of the opening.

Requirements
β€’ Previous experience in the relevant kitchen position is preferred
β€’ Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, kitchen organization, and section standards
β€’ Experience in restaurants, hotels, fine dining, premium casual dining, grill, steakhouse, or high-standard kitchen operations is an advantage
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
β€’ Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail
β€’ Professional attitude, cleanliness, and reliability
β€’ Passion for food quality, presentation, consistency, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Deliver excellent performance within your assigned kitchen role and section
β€’ Support the restaurant’s culinary concept, standards, and guest experience
β€’ Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation
β€’ Follow kitchen procedures and management instructions
β€’ Ensure consistency, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
β€’ Contribute positively to the pre-opening phase and daily kitchen operations
β€’ Work closely with the kitchen leadership and team members to ensure smooth service
