Job Description: Regional Manager – Multi-Outlets (Restaurants & Café)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 (All-inclusive)
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
Gender: Male candidates preferred

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Manager to oversee multiple restaurant and café outlets across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall operations, driving business growth, improving service standards, and ensuring consistent performance across all locations.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, optimize operations, and contribute strategically to the expansion and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:1. Multi-Outlet Operations Management:
• Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple restaurant and kiosk locations.
• Ensure all outlets maintain company standards in quality, service, hygiene, and presentation.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where required.

2. Business Development & Sales Growth:
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Contribute ideas and strategic plans to enhance business growth.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, new concepts, and revenue streams.
• Suggest menu improvements and new product development to boost sales.

3. Marketing & Promotion:
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies across all outlets.
• Manage and optimize online delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, etc.
• Work on increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.

4. Financial Management & Reporting:
• Prepare and manage P&L reports for all outlets.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate financial and statistical records.

5. Team Management & Leadership:
• Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development plans.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling, duty rotations, and manpower planning.
• Foster a positive, productive, and professional work environment.

6. SOPs & Compliance:
• Develop and implement SOPs and KPIs for operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations, food safety, and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all outlets.

7. Inventory & Procurement:
• Oversee inventory management and stock control across all outlets.
• Ensure timely ordering of supplies and minimize wastage.
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and vendors.

8. Customer Experience & Service Excellence:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all outlets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Continuously improve service standards and customer experience.

9. Administration & Coordination:
• Handle administrative responsibilities and maintain accurate master data.
• Liaise with internal departments including HR, Accounts, and Operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with relevant teams when required.

10. Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates and insights.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
• Proven experience in managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership, operational, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
• Experience with ERP systems and POS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
