Counter Staff / Restaurant Manager (Immediate Hiring)

We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Counter Staff / Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in the UAE hospitality industry, and the ability to manage counter operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers at the counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Take and manage customer orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure smooth daily operations at the counter
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
• Support and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the UAE (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
• Fluent / perfect English is mandatory
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and professional attitude
• Experience in a supervisory or restaurant management role is a plus
