Job Description
Safety & Security Operations
Monitor campus buildings, facilities, and public areas to ensure safety and security at all times.
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and entrances.
Lock and unlock doors, monitor lighting, and report safety or maintenance issues.
Use surveillance systems to observe activity and report incidents or irregularities.
Emergency Response
Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and alarms.
Provide first aid when required and contact emergency services such as police or ambulance services.
Assist with building evacuations and guide people to safe exits during emergencies.
Campus Support & Assistance
Assist students, staff, families, and visitors with directions and general inquiries.
Support campus events, graduations, and high-traffic periods by managing access and parking.
Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when required.
Monitoring & Enforcement
Identify and report security breaches, safety hazards, and suspicious behavior.
Monitor compliance with campus rules such as dress code, non-smoking areas, and access regulations.
Issue violations when necessary and report incidents to the supervisor.
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Manage lost-and-found items according to established procedures.
Ensure contractors and external companies have valid permits and operate safely on campus.
Team & Process Support
Follow standard operating procedures and security guidelines consistently.
Support new team members by helping them understand security procedures.
Assist supervisors with data collection, reporting, and meeting operational targets.
General Duties
Promote lawful behavior and contribute to a safe learning and working environment.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in a security role within the UAE.
Experience in educational or large campus environments is an advantage.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Preference given to UAE Nationals.
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
Knowledge of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Physically fit with the stamina required for patrol and outdoor work.
Calm, observant, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
