Customer Service Officer (Cleaning Company)

As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the minimum wage for security guard roles in United Arab Emirates is AED 2,800 per month as of 2026. Overtime must be compensated at 1.25 times the hourly rate beyond 8 hours daily or 48 hours weekly. Employers are required to provide either housing or an AED 600 monthly allowance in addition to the base wage.

As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, foreign security guards require a valid work permit issued through the MOHRE portal before entry, valid for up to 3 years and renewable. Applicants must hold a residence visa sponsored by the employer and pass a medical fitness test at an approved center within 30 days of arrival. The employer must pay a work permit fee of AED 300 for the initial issuance.

As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, security guards must have completed at least grade 10 education and possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience verified by previous employer certificates. Candidates aged 21 to 55 years are eligible, with mandatory completion of a 40-hour training course approved by the authority. No criminal record certificate from the home country is also required for all applicants.

As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, applicants must submit a valid passport, attested educational certificates, experience letters, and a police clearance certificate issued within the last 6 months. A medical fitness certificate from a MOHRE-approved center and 4 passport-size photos are mandatory for the work permit application submitted via the MOHRE online portal.
