**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arc Welder to join our team. The Arc Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to meet the specifications and quality standards of our projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding**: Perform arc welding tasks on various metal components using techniques such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW).
- **Fabrication**: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine welding requirements and specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and test welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Maintain and repair welding equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- **Safety**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe welding practices.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material usage and time spent on projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to complete projects on time and to specifications.
