We are seeking a dynamic and experienced restaurant manager to oversee our all day dining and in room dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and seamless coordination between front of house and back of house teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the all day dining and in room dining services.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant and room service teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
