We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Supervisor with UAE experience to support our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment and managing end-to-end HR functions for restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations for restaurant outlets and head office

Handle payroll processing for restaurant staff including overtime, shifts, and leave records

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS requirements, and company policies

Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing, medicals, and Emirates ID

Maintain staff records, attendance systems, and HR documentation

Support recruitment for restaurant roles (chefs, service staff, supervisors, etc.)

Address employee grievances and support a positive work environment

Coordinate with PROs and government authorities for labor-related matters

Monitor staff accommodation (if applicable) and welfare

Assist in performance management and training coordination

Requirements:

Proven HR experience in the UAE F&B / restaurant industry

Strong hands-on experience in payroll, attendance systems, and labor compliance

Ability to manage high-volume staff and multitask efficiently

Good understanding of shift-based workforce management

Familiarity with visa processes and labor documentation in the UAE

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred:

Experience handling multi-outlet restaurant operations

Knowledge of HRMS / payroll systems used in F&B sector

Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice.
