Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Yacht Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems onboard luxury yachts. The role involves working on freshwater, seawater, wastewater, and sanitation systems while ensuring compliance with marine safety standards and classification rules.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, and maintain thru-hull fittings, freshwater, greywater, blackwater, bilge, sanitation and seawater systems
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, pipe failures, and pressure issues
• Service and replace pumps, water heaters, pressure systems, valves, pipes, hoses, thru-hull fittings and filters
• Maintain and repair marine sanitation systems (toilets, holding tanks, macerators)
• Work on bilge, ballast, and deck wash systems
• Read and interpret marine plumbing schematics and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with marine safety regulations and manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs while docked or at sea
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and deck crew
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and work area cleanliness
• Document maintenance and repair work accurately

Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in marine or yacht environments
• Strong knowledge of marine plumbing systems and materials
• Experience working with PVC, PEX, copper, stainless steel, and marine-grade hoses
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and pressure-related issues
• Understanding of marine safety and environmental regulations
• Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency call-outs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Marine engineering or technical certification
• Experience on luxury yachts or commercial vessels
