Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Plumber with expertise in kitchen equipment plumbing, water supply, drainage, and gas systems. The ideal candidate must have strong team management skills and a thorough understanding of commercial kitchen facilities, plumbing layouts, and maintenance procedures.

Plumbing Installation & Maintenance:
• Install, maintain, and repair kitchen plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, grease traps, and gas lines.
• Ensure proper installation of dishwashers, sinks, water heaters, grease traps, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogged pipes, gas connections, and water flow issues.

Kitchen Facility Management:
• Ensure kitchen plumbing systems comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of kitchen plumbing and drainage systems.
• Work closely with kitchen equipment suppliers to ensure proper connections and functionality.

Team Handling & Supervision:
• Lead and supervise a team of junior plumbers and technicians.
• Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of plumbing jobs.
• Train and guide team members on best plumbing practices for kitchen facilities.

Health & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all plumbing work follows health, safety, and hygiene standards for food preparation areas.
• Implement proper grease trap cleaning and waste disposal procedures.

Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with kitchen designers, facility managers, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare work reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
