Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, and will be able to work with a variety of metals and materials. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, and grinding to ensure proper adhesion.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components for various projects, ensuring alignment, fit, and integrity.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet both company and industry standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to safety standards on-site.
• Work closely with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Troubleshoot and repair metal components as necessary.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity for handling tools and heavy materials.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.

Work Conditions:
