Job Offer - Traditional Emirati Cuisine & Bakery Chef

Our restaurant is looking for a skilled chef specialized in preparing traditional Emirati dishes and baked goods to join our professional kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare traditional Emirati dishes such as: Balaleet, Mohalla, Harees, Thareed, Saloona, and other authentic local meals.
- Bake traditional breads including: Raqaq, Khameer, and Mohalla.
- Cook rice-based dishes with lamb, chicken, and fish using authentic Emirati methods (e.g., Majboos, Biryani, Margooga, Khabeesa, etc.).
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with the team and follow proper cooking and presentation standards.

- Previous experience in preparing traditional Emirati cuisine and local bakery items.
- Mastery of authentic local cooking techniques.
- Punctuality, reliability, and commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

المهام المطلوبة:

- إعداد الأطباق الإماراتية التقليدية مثل: البلاليط، المحلا، الهريس، الثريد، السمن والعسل، وغيرها.
- تحضير المخبوزات الشعبية مثل: خبز الرقاق، خمير، ومحلا بأنواعها.
- طهي أنواع الأرز مع اللحم، الدجاج، والسمك بطرق إماراتية أصيلة مثل المجبوس، البرياني، المضروبة، الخبيصة، إلخ.
- الاهتمام بجودة المكونات والنظافة العامة في المطبخ.

- خبرة سابقة في تحضير المأكولات الإماراتية التقليدية والمخبوزات.
