Job Description
Main Responsibilities

· Safely operate off-road vehicle for guided tour and activities within the environment.

· Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicle ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition

· Adhere to the safety protocol and regulation ensuring guest safety and comfort during the ride

· Plan and execute desert tours, considering environmental impact, safety, and guest satisfaction

· Assist guest in embarking and disembarking from vehicle, providing necessary safety instructions and equipment for the Eco retreat experience

· Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle to keep them in good working condition

· Provide dessert tour to the guest providing information on ecosystem, and heritage culture of Pura Eco Retreat.

· Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during buggy excursions, adhering to all safety protocol and safety regulation.

· Report any incident, accident, or any vehicle issue to the management

· Collaborate with other employees to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience .

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs professionally and courteously .

· Provide first aid or emergency assistance if required during the buggy tour ensuring the well-being of the guest.

· Participate in training sessions, safety drills and educational programs related to the desert environment, enhancing personal and guest safety awareness.

· Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, actively contributing to the overall ambience and spirit of the eco retreat.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
