Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Carpenter with strong expertise in joinery, interior fit-out, and carpentry work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work on-site or in the workshop, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform carpentry and joinery work for interior fit-out projects including furniture, cabinets, doors, partitions, and decorative elements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings to execute work accurately.
• Install wooden structures, fittings, and fixtures according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, designers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise and guide junior carpenters or helpers when required.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly and ensure a clean work environment.

Requirements
• 5+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in joinery companies.
• Must have UAE Driving License
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Experience working on high-end interior or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in joinery projects.
• Ability to lead a small team of carpenters or helpers.
• Knowledge of modern carpentry machinery and tools.
