Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Shuttering Carpenter to work on construction and fit-out projects in the UAE. The candidate must have hands-on experience in shuttering/formwork activities and be able to work efficiently on-site while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out shuttering and formwork activities as per drawings and site requirements

· Install, align, and dismantle shuttering/formwork for columns, slabs, beams, and foundations

· Read and understand basic construction drawings and measurements

· Ensure accuracy, level, and finish quality of shuttering works

· Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and supervisor instructions

· Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trades

· Maintain tools and materials in good condition

Requirements:

· Minimum 3–4 years of experience specifically as a Shuttering Carpenter

· Experience in UAE or GCC construction projects preferred

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Physically fit and capable of working long hours on site

· Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards

· Immediate availability preferred

· Basic English, Hindi/Urdu communication skills
