About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing various wooden structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials needed and installation procedures
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components for structures such as frames, doors, windows, staircases, and cabinets
• Install wooden elements in buildings, including trim, molding, and hardware
• Conduct repair work on existing wooden structures and fixtures as required
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery
• Prepare and install formworks for concrete pouring
• Assess the quality of woodwork and materials to ensure they meet project specifications
• Comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or property owners
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
