Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and offer recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea, fresh juices, mocktails, soft drinks, etc.).
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set at all times.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or barista preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Ability to prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to multitask.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
