Job Description
Job Summary

The Driver / Security Guard is responsible for providing safe and secure transportation while performing security duties in compliance with SIRA regulations, UAE laws, and company security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws
• Transport personnel, materials, and secured consignments as assigned
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects
• Follow approved routes and schedules

Security Duties
• Perform security duties in line with SIRA standards and SOPs
• Control access of personnel and vehicles
• Verify IDs, permits, and delivery documents
• Ensure secure handling and transportation of assigned assets
• Report incidents and suspicious activities promptly
• Assist during emergencies as per procedures

Mandatory Requirements (SIRA / UAE Compliance)
• Valid SIRA Security Guard License (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Driving License - Manual (Light Vehicle or as required)
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Security Guard / Security Driver
• Medically fit as per UAE government-approved standards
• Clear criminal record and successful background verification
• Basic knowledge of HSE and emergency response procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Willingness to work rotational shifts

Conditions of Employment

Employment is conditional upon maintaining a valid SIRA license, UAE driving license, medical fitness, and Police Clearance Certificate / security clearance, and compliance with UAE laws, SIRA Code of Conduct, and company policies.
