Job Description
Overview
Gypsum Carpenter. Making layouts for plaster based on the customer and task need. Assessing as well as cutting products as per the needed size. Adhering to the laid-out procedures as well as treatments while carrying out jobs. Sculpting, setting up as well as setting up furniture, closets, shelves as well as other items where designated. Report to the Website Task Manager./ reports to the Proprietor - Fit Out Company.
Responsibilities
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine layout and material requirements.
• Cut, shape and assemble plaster and woodworking materials to specified sizes and configurations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work site.
• Sculpt, install, and set up furniture, closets, shelves and other items as directed.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients as needed to ensure requirements are met.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as woodworker in the Philippines or in UAE/GCC.
• Hands-on experience with woodworking materials and carpentry techniques, including installation methods and building practices.
• Competent in using powered and manual tools (saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Willingness to follow safety standards at all times.
• Good command of English; basic mathematics.
• High school diploma; successful completion of a woodworking instruction program is required.
• Experience as a plaster installer or related carpentry role is preferred.
