Job Description
• Define and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and guidelines to reflect a premium dining and curated beverage experience.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to align menus, presentation, and seasonal innovations with the brand vision.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
• Monitor brand performance through guest feedback, market trends, and campaign analytics to drive ROI.
