Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
