Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to manage our in-house marketing activities for a growing restaurant and catering brand. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and monitor campaigns that directly contribute to increasing dine-in, delivery, and catering sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with engaging content
• Create reels, posts, and basic creatives using tools like Canva
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional activities
• Manage online presence (Google listing, delivery platforms, reviews)
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads preferred)
• Develop strategies to increase footfall and catering inquiries
• Plan and promote in-house events (ladies night, themed nights, etc.)
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of marketing experience (F&B/hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Experience with Meta Ads and online promotions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently

Preferred Skills:
• UAE market experience in restaurants or catering
• Understanding of influencer marketing
• Basic photography/videography skills
