PURPOSE OF

THE ROLE:

Arada is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Brooki Bakehouse. Brooki Bakehouse is a fast-growing, bakery brand that started in Australia and has quickly gained international attention known for chunky cookies, brownies, and cakes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring pleasant dining experience, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
